Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Bark & Broom, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and services. However, please be aware that, due to hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products once they are delivered.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under specific conditions:
- Eligibility: Refunds may be processed for goods purchased, subject to our review and policies. Bark & Broom is not liable for damage to products after delivery.
- Delivery Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable as per delivery partner terms.
- Claims: For missing items, leaks, damage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with packaging is required.
- Damaged Packages: If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse it directly with the delivery partner.
- Refund Requests: Submit refund claims within 24 hours of receiving the order. Contact customer support at +918126255652 via WhatsApp with supporting images and videos.
- Missing Orders: For orders marked as delivered but not received, notify us within three days. No claims will be accepted after this period.
- Processing Time: Accepted refunds may take up to 15 days from the date of acceptance by Bark & Broom to be credited to your account.
Return Policy
In rare cases of product defects, leaks, breakage, or missing items due to transit, a refund or exchange may be initiated following a thorough review of the claim under our refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Shipped Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Time Limit: Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation Fee: A 2.5% processing fee applies to canceled orders. Cancellations are processed before dispatch from our warehouse.
